The motor is driven by a belt to make the scraper installed on the spline rotate at a high speed. When the broken fruit enters the machine through the feed port, the pulp receiving tray will evenly discharge the material to the scraper and screen.

 

Due to the rotation of the scraper and the existence of the lead angle, the material moves along the cylinder to the outlet end, and the moving track is in a spiral shape. During the moving process between the scraper and the sieve cylinder, the material is crushed by the centrifugal force, and the juice and meat (already pulped) are sent from the sieve hole to the next process (double and three beaters are linked to repeat the above process), while the skin and seeds are sent from the sieve hole The slag is discharged from the hopper to achieve the purpose of automatic separation.
